student nurse doulas to provide prenatal, labor
and birth, and postpartum support services. - 2. Identify improved maternal and newborn

- 1. To promote the birth of healthy newborns in
Baltimore City surrounding region. - 2. To advocate for support women in reducing
intrapartal medical interventions. - 3. To improve prenatal education reduce health
care disparities for underserved families. -
