• Known for its multiple suicide attacks against
  Israeli civilian targets in Israel, Gaza, and the
  West Bank. Known as one of the main groups that
  does this.
• Holy war is a definite imperative.
• The only path left open to Hamas for the
  resolution of the Palestinian problem is that of
  violent struggle to the death the way of Jihad.

• They strive for the liberation of Palestine
  through uncompromising armed struggle, and the
  establishment of an Islamic religious regime in
  the liberated territory.
• As opposed to having tanks or rockets, they have
  something superior exploding Islamic human
  bombs.
• They restrict their targets to Israelis and have
  never attacked anyone outside the Middle East.

• Some methods they employ arson, bombs in
  vehicles, remote controlled explosions,
  biological and chemical materials disseminated
  offensively, grenades, gun attacks, mortar
  attacks, knife attacks, machete attacks,
  hostage-taking, kidnapping, torture, sabotage
  attacks on buildings, public facilities, and
  transport.
• Some of the common types are aircrafts, banks,
  commercial premises, hotels, government officials
  and their offices, railways, and subways.

• Their movement is striving to fly the flag of
  Allah over every part of Palestine.
• They believe that liberation of all of Palestine
  from the river to the sea is the highest possible
  strategy goal.
• Their mission has to be in the cause of Allah
  one must be certain that the desired effect
  cannot be achieved without sacrificing ones
  life.
