  • Broke your precious Apple device?

3
  • No worries!

4
  • To get service for your broken Apple devices,
just set up an appointment to an authorized
iPhone repair or MacBook Service Centre in
Singapore. Make sure that you know your Apple ID
and password before your appointment. Depending
on where you get your service, you might be able
to check the status of your repair online.

5
  • Worrying for the cost?

6
  • There is no charge is the issue of your Apple
device is covered under the warranty, AppleCare
Protection Plan, or consumer law. If the issue is
not covered, the price for the repair depends on
the type of damage or issue of the device. You
can also ask your iPhone or MacBook service
center representative in Singapore for an
    estimate.

7
  • Battery problems?

8
  • If you are experiencing an issue with your
battery, your Mac notebook might not require a
repair. These tips show you how to maximize your
    battery life and lifespan
  • 1.) Apple software updated often include
    advanced energy-saving technologies, so always
make sure your device is using the latest version
    of iOS, macOS or watchOS.

9
  • 2) Avoid extreme ambient temperatures. Your
device is designed to perform well in a wide
range of ambient temperatures, with 16C to 22C
(62 to 72F) as the ideal comfort zone. It is
especially important to avoid exposing your
device to ambient temperatures higher than 35C
(95F), which can permanently damage battery
    capacity.

10
  • That is, your battery wont power your device as
long on a given charge. Charging the device on
high ambient temperatures can damage it further.
Even storing a battery in a hot environment can
damage it irreversibly. When using your device in
a very cold environment, you may notice a
decrease in battery life, but this condition is
    temporary.

11
  • Once the batterys temperature returns to its
normal operating range, its performance will
return to normal as well. Remove certain
protective cases during charging. When you charge
your device when it is inside certain styles of
cases, it may generate excess heat, which can
affect battery capacity. If you notice that your
device gets hot when you charge it, take it out
of its case first. For Apple watch models, make
sure the cover of the magnetic charging case is
    off.

12
  • Here are some tips in extending battery life.
There are two simple ways you can preserve
battery life no matter how you use your device
adjust your screen brightness and use Wi-Fi. Dim
the screen or turn on Auto-Brightness to extend
battery life. When you use your device to access
data, a Wi-Fi connection uses less power than a
cellular network so keep Wi-Fi on at all times.

13
  • Introduced with iOS 9, Low Power Mode is an easy
way to extend the battery life of your iPhone
when it starts to get low. Your iPhone lets you
know when your battery level goes down to 20,
and again at 10, and lets you turn on Low Power
Mode with one tap. With iOS, you can easily
manage your devices battery life, because you
can see the proportion of your battery used by
each app (unless the device is charging).
