• Account type Select IMAP from the options.

• Username The username is your email address
  followed by _at_charter.net.
• Password This is the one which you used to log
  in with.
• Incoming port number Enter 993 in the port
  number field and set the incoming port to IMAP.
• Outgoing port number Enter 587 in the port
  number and select SMTP server for the outgoing
  port.
• Turn on SSL authentication for both SMTP and
  IMAP.
• When prompted for authentication, click on Yes.

  click on Next to continue further.
• Click Save to verify and save the settings.
