Dr. David Frederick Hepburn, MD is Canada’s foremost medical cannabis educator of physicians and the scientific and lay communities. He serves as a medical consultant to corporations with a vested interest in medical cannabis also he is an award winning syndicated columnist to more than 100 newspapers across the United States and Canada.
