IEEE Eastern NC Section
  • The local IEEE organization is the Eastern North
    Carolina Section (ENCS) http//www.ewh.isss.org/r3
    /enc/. This encompasses the greater Raleigh area,
    east to the coast. There is a subsection
    organization for the Lower Cape Fear area. In the
    ENCS we have approximately 3000 members. This
    makes us the 2nd largest section in the South
