for Hiring (REACH)
A regional center was established to grow and
support regional business attraction, expansion,
and retention. The Center was developed by
utilizing a demand side strategy to Find people
for jobs by brokering a skilled talent pool of
workers to meet the needs of business.

Premier Customer Service
We needed an assessment process that could
quickly and accurately measure skill sets
necessary for success at SIA. WorkKeys clearly
provided that assessment. We have been extremely
pleased with the quality of the applicants we
have hired utilizing the WorkKeys and ACT Job
Profiling and Assessment System to set the
bar. Bradley Rhorer , Manager Human Resources
Training and Professional Management Subaru of
Indiana Our turnover rate dropped from
60 to 2 after WorkKeys. I couldnt believe it ,
I had to check my numbers twice, I needed to be
sure I had accurate data. My new employee
orientation time has dropped from two days to a
