• Enter your pin number (provided to you by
  Certification)
• Enter your test number (if you do not have your
  test number use the online services to look it
  up)
• Press continue

How to get Viability Results

• These screens ONLY appear if there is more than
  one viability test on this test number.
• Choose the correct date requested for the
  viability you are looking for using the drop down
  screen
• Now choose Display Information
• OR ----------------------
• This screen only appears if a germ and tz are
  ordered on the same day
• Choose which viability you would like to look at
• Press Display Viability Information
