  • The role of this group is to outline and guide
    the Core revision
  • Includes teachers, district content specialists,
    university pre-service educators, community
    representatives, and USOE curriculum and
    assessment specialists

  • Includes teachers with particular expertise in
    the content area, university content educators,
    and USOE content and assessment specialists
  • Members receive professional development specific
    to national standards and writing of content
    standards

    revision process
  • Draft documents are reviewed by teachers
