• Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your
  faithful and kindle in them the fire of your
  love.

1st Reading

• St. Luke narrates the coming of the Holy Spirit
  upon the first Christian community. Then they
  were empowered to speak in a language understood
  by all. This is a sign that the message of the
  Spirit is for all, and salvation is for all.

2nd Reading

• St. Paul says, our goal life is to please (love)
  God. But we cannot do this on our own. We need
  the help of the Spirit.
• Through the Spirit, we become
• True children of God.
• Live in truth and goodness.
• Heirs of Christ.

Gospel

• Before Jesus ends his earthly life, He tells His
  disciples 2 things
• Keep His Word.
• He will send the Holy Spirit to be our Teacher.

Be open to the Spirit!

• We are now in the age of the Spirit. The Church
  is reminding us today, that the Spirit is the one
  leading us.
• So let us be more sensitive to His inspiration
  and guidance.
