• SACWIS live in 68 counties!!
• Pause in Schedule beginning 9/24
• Development of Rapid Response Team

• RRT continues to meet daily
• Implementation of monitoring software
  specifically for SACWIS
• Tuning of Network, Hardware, and Application
• Development of SACWIS Health Check Metrics
• Performance better now than prior to 9/24

SACWIS Roll Out

• SACWIS Project Team continues to work all
  prioritized tasks necessary to allow county users
  to effectively complete critical business
  processes
• Projects 1 priority and is monitored daily
• County Representatives and ODJFS executives met
  to discuss criteria that should drive the
  resumption of statewide implementation
• ODJFS is currently developing the SACWIS Go
  Forward Plan and will share with county agencies
  as soon as it is completed

  Agency to complete eligibility information
• Clark and Montgomery testing IS
