- 3 long term transaction agreements

- On Board Diagnostics testing for most 1996 and
newer model vehicles began July 2002 - The failure rate for the OBD tested vehicles is
approximately 3-5 - OBD credit v. IM240 credit
- OBD credit is greater than credit for IM240
