- Item availability is noted in E-Way when you
place your order. - Backorders will be noted on your Pack Slip.
- Backorders are normally delivered within 1-3
business days. - Backorders will automatically ship as soon as the
product becomes available. - There is no need to reorder.
- Backorders are never billed before they ship.

6- Corporate Express offers a fast and efficient
return process - Returns may be requested on-line at www.eway.com
- You may contact your Corporate Express Customer
Care Specialist at 888-203-5090 to request a
return by phone. - Please provide

after 48 hours may not be honored. - For health and safety reasons, food, beverage, or
first aid items are not returnable. - Corporate Express can only issue credit for items

7- Toner Recycling is Important to the Environment
- Please help us by returning your empty toner
cartridges to Corporate Express - Toners may be recycled two ways!
- Contact your Corporate Express Customer Care Team
to have a pick-up scheduled. You may call or fax
your request! - Simply inform a uniformed Corporate Express
Delivery Driver that you have empty toner to be
picked up. Please return toners in their
original packaging as this will protect the toner
during transit and reduce waste!
Corporate Express will make a donation to JA
Worldwide (Junior Achievement) for every eligible
inkjet cartridge we receive. Any used, non-Epson,
inkjet cartridge qualifies for our JA Worldwide
donation fund. Approximate donation is 1.00 -
1.50 per cartridge depending on the particular
item.
Simply place your empty inkjet cartridge in a
gold JA Worldwide envelope (provided with each
new cartridge) and drop it in the mail. Special
bins may also be provided at your various
locations to drop off your inkjet

11- New Corporate Express Customers
- Upon registering in E-Way, you will be contacted
by a CE sales representative to finalize your
acct set up and answer any questions you may
have. - Existing Corporate Express Customers
- You may have your existing credit line
transferred to your new account under the PEJE
program. Please contact your local Corporate
Express representative or your nearest Corporate
Express office. - Invoices
- All invoices will be sent directly to the
recipient unless otherwise noted. Payment is
requested within 30 days of initial invoice

Sourcebook to assure that your items are
available. - Make sure that all the information in your order
