9Home Inspection Service Option Additional
Coverages
Code Violations Global Home USA will pay up to
250.00 per contract term to correct code
violations for any covered item. Permits Global
Home USA will pay Cost for obtaining permits up
to 250.00 per occurrence. the cost for obtaining
permits for approved repairs and replacements up
to 250 per occurrence. Removal of Defective
Equipment Should Global Home USA replace a
covered appliance, system or component, Global
Home USA will pay the costs Cost to dispose of an
old appliance, system or component.
10Home Inspection Service Option Continued
Refrigerant Recapture, Reclaim, and
Disposal. Water Heater Rust and sediment buildup
if not detected during the home
inspection Improper Installation, Repairs, or
Modifications. Global Home USA will repair or
replace a system or appliance that was improperly
installed, repaired, or modified prior to or
during this contract term not to exceed
1,000.00. . . Excludes Improperly sized items.

budget at 385. with a 75 deductible. The
Platinum plan is an upgraded plan and has the

residential construction, duplex, triplex and

- Client may choose from two levels of coverage
with the Gold or Platinum Program - Client may custom build coverage with available
buyers coverage options (pool, spa, central
vacuum, etc.) and of course the Home Inspection
Service Option. - The Global Home USA Policy has the highest level
of claims administration available in the
industry.

- Sellers Coverage is also available thru Global
Home USA. The coverage period is for 180 days
to coincide with the listing period. - This is traditionally offered when the seller
markets their home with the warranty coverage or
a Prelisting Inspection. - No other program offers this level of
liability protection that extends to virtually
all parties in the transaction.
