Who We Are

• Primal NRG Fitness is functional fitness based
  gym that specializes in a variety of group
  fitness classes such as kettlebells, Functional
  Training classes and Crank It Suspension
  training as well as small groups and 1 to 1
  Personal Training. We also hold Boot camps which
  we run in Newtown, Alexandria and St Peters areas
  of Inner West Sydney.

Our Training Philosophy

• Our training periods typically involve using a
  combination of functional exercises and
  activities designed to challenge you although
  meeting your individual needs. Primal NRG Fitness
  training periods will in all probability be
  completed properly which we ensure training
  periods are challenging, fun and most importantly
  safe for everyone involved. Our approach to
  training draws on using exercises and activities
  that entail total body work which mimic everyday
  actions and challenges of daily existence. We
  have an incredible-natural approach to training,
  this means we integrate exercise, diet, mental
