1. Completely rejected the fat intake
Fat looks like the size of the outfit. Many
people think that low-fat diets are intended to
reduce diseases such as heart disease and
obesity. Reducing fat in the diet can make it
easier to cut calories. Low-fat, high-carb
dietary recommendations responsible for high
rates of obesity, diabetes Cutting back on
butter, cream and fatty meats may have done more
harm to heart health than good. The amount of
fat can not only balance in your body
temperature, it can also reduce the internal
organs of the affected. Fats in our body will
increase the metabolism system and it also act as
an important role in diet. Carbohydrates are
directly responsible for raising blood sugar
levels and promoting weight gain. Unlike fats,
carbs tend to raise blood sugar levels, leading
to excess production of insulin and eventually
diabetes, as well as increased triglyceride

Caffeine and ephedrine are the primary
ingredients in many popular diet and weight loss

THE good news is that caffeine could help you
lose weight. The bad news is that coffee
won't. Caffeine is indeed able to accelerate
breaking down fat, and the fatty acids from fat
tissue will entering the bloodstream. With
exercise, the fatty acids in the bloodstream will
be burned and turn into energy. Otherwise, the
fatty acids will store back and become fat in the
body. Large amounts of caffeine the
equivalent of six cups of coffee a day may
slightly enhance weight loss in people who
exercise and maintain a low-fat diet. Caffeine
does act as a diuretic, which means it causes an
increase in the amount of urine you excrete. This
water loss may decrease your body weight. But it
doesn't decrease body fat. Also, keep in mind
that caffeine is a stimulant that can increase
your heart rate and blood pressure, interrupt
your sleep, and cause nervousness and
irritability. Also, many caffeinated beverages
are high in calories, which can contribute to
unwanted weight gain.

3. Exercise After Meal
Many people heard that an empty stomach movement
will cause dizziness, lethargy, and worried which
all these low sugar reaction, you shouldn't eat
before engaging in vigorous exercise. Is it okay
to eat right before a strength-training session
or a run? Will eating before a workout affect
your progress if you're interested in weight loss?
After a meal, significant blood flow is directed
toward the stomach to facilitate the digestive
process. If you attempt to exercise soon after
eating -- whether running or strength training --
blood flow must be redirected to working muscles.

problem losing weight, its not because you
arent making good food choices. The reason why
your weight loss has stagnated is because youre
not eating enough calories to lose weight. What

slash their calories and add a large amount of
exercise to their daily routine. Thats fine, but
they usually cut their calories way too low. Add
in the extra exercise, and all of a sudden you
have an extreme calorie deficit that is working
against you. Not eating enough calories causes
many metabolic changes. Your body is a smart
machine and senses a large decrease in dietary
energy. Your large calorie deficit might work for
a few days or even weeks, but eventually your
body will wake up and sound alarms that it needs
to conserve energy. It doesnt want to just waste
away. It needs that energy (fat) to survive. So,
what does your body do when it senses prolonged
energy restriction? Not eating enough calories

5. Lack of Nutrients
Another reason why diets fail is because of a
lack of nutrients. Lets put aside the fact that
they are vital for important body functions. Your
body is going to get the nutrients it needs even
if it has to force you to eat them. The brain
sends your body feed me signals when it needs
calories and nutrients. If you are
undernourished, your brain is so powerful that it
will keep telling you to eat until you get those
vital nutrients. If you arent eating a nutrient
dense diet, it will be very likely that you go
over your necessary weight loss calories in order
to get your vitamin quota. Eat foods that are
nutrient dense and calorie sparse.

6. Lack of Exercise
Are you trying to diet without exercising?
Exercise plays a vital role in creating an
optimal hormonal environment for weight loss.
Exercise helps you build muscles, and optimizes
important fat loss hormones. Testosterone, growth
hormone, and thyroid, are all increased under the
stimulation of exercise. Make sure you are
incorporating exercise into your fitness program.
Its incomplete without it, and will just make it
that much harder to diet.

7. Peer Pressure
Peer pressure is one of the toughest obstacles
when it comes to dieting. When you start a diet
program, the people around you will either
support you or tear you down. You have to ignore
their negativity and focus on your true goal of
being healthy. If they have a problem with the
way you eat, then thats their own problem, and
theres nothing you can do about it. You dont
have to explain your personal actions to
anybody. If you want to be fit, you need to
surround yourself with fit people. The people
that are closest to you are highly influential in
the way you conduct your lifestyle. By
surrounding yourself with fit people, they can be
a source of inspiration and motivation instead of
making you feel like the odd ball out. Just hang
in there and remember that your decision to get
healthy is the right one.

Working out and sticking to a healthy diet should
complement one another in order to lose weight in
a healthy way. Losing weight requires a lifestyle
change, especially if you want it to stay off.
Its hard work, eating healthy and exercising.
