India ran down Sri Lanka in 2nd ODI played at
Motera, India. Sri Lanka won the toss and
elected to bat. K Sangakkara made 61 of 86 balls
and A Mathews made 92 of 101 balls not out helped
Sri Lanka to post a total of 274 for 8
In replay to Sri Lankas score, a maiden ODI ton
hit by Ambati Rayudu 121 of 118 balls took India
to comfortable victory with 6 wickets in hand and
33 balls to spare. S Dhawan continued his form
and made 79 runs of 80 balls. The partnership
between Ambati Rayudu and S Dhawan was of 122 off
118 balls.
