beverages, dairy items, snacks and savories,
cereals, confectionaries, juices, dressings,
bakery products, etc. In addition, consumers in
the US are showing inclinations towards naturally
sourced products, which is further driving food
producers to make and use all natural food
additives such as organic preservatives,
colorants, emulsifiers, and flavors among others.
All these factors, in combination, are driving
the market for food additives in the country.
