We constantly make efforts to maintain the health
and sheen of our skin. It is often believed that
a healthy diet and use of only an appropriate
measure of cosmetics are enough when it comes to
organic skin care. But, what we do not know is
that there are a lot of things that we
inadvertently get exposed to in our day to day
life these things can harm our skin to a large
extent and make it dull and dry. Here we have put
together information about the activities that
one should not do in order to achieve a soft and
healthy skin.

Coffee
In our routine life we consume caffeine on a
regular basis in form of coffee or tea. Caffeine
can amplify skin wrinkles especially dry skin. If
you are a regular coffee consumer then you should
compensate the effect of caffeine by drinking
tons of water.

Sleeping With Make-Up On
Sleeping with your make-up on is a big no when we
talk about organic skin care. Synthetic make-up
products contain chemicals that can clog pores
and cause acne and also lead to bacterial
infection. You should ensure that you remove the
entire make-up before going to bed. Another
alternative to this problem is increased use of
organic products as they are unbelievably natural
and can benefit your skin in a number of ways.
