• Colorado became the first U.S. State to legalize
  the use of recreational marijuana, after that
  Washington State proposed same Amendment 64 and
  became the second State to authorize the use of
  weed products for recreational use for people
  over 21 years old. It happens on historic month
  of November 2012 when the voters
  of Washington approved imitative 502. Retail
  stores are off limits within 1000 feet of the
  residential areas, parks and schools it must
  take place in a fully enclosed and secure
  structure and within the commercially
  industrialized- zoned areas of the city. Also
  include in the 502 initiative, the state licenses
  three types of businesses in the recreational
  marijuana supply chain producers (farmers),
  processors and retailers.

• On August 12, 2013 Bellingham City Council
  approved the sale and production of marijuana
  thru the effort and widespread support
  of Bellingham community. Federal Government makes
  sure that the sale and production of marijuana
  products are off limits to minors and
  Washington-grown marijuana are within the states
  borders. Bellingham currently makes up 29 percent
  of cities in the state to allow zoning for stores
  selling marijuana.

  Washington to sale recreational marijuana it was
  momentous day for the hundreds of people who
  showed up that day. Washington law allows the
  sale of up to an ounce of dried marijuana, 16
  ounces of pot-infused solids, 72 ounces of
  pot-infused liquids or 7 grams of concentrated
  marijuana, like hashish, to adults over 21.

  are limited besides dried marijuana because none
  have been legally made in the state.

• Today recreational marijuana use is still banned
  on Bellingham college campuses despite its
  widespread availability at retail stores,
  medical marijuana outlets and on the black
  market. College officials are very clear to their
  students that they want a drug-free campus and it
  will remain that way. Its been two years since
  Washington legalize marijuana business and
  theres no doubt that marijuana trades generates
  income by means of tax. Under I-502, the tax
  money was dedicated largely to health care After
  the state paid off a few items, including the
  cost of administering the new law, half of the
  remaining tax collections were directed to a
  program that provided health insurance for
  low-income workers.
