David DeMulle' is the executive editor of North
East Valley's best-selling newspaper The
Foothills Paper. With his excellent editorial
vision, the newspaper has gone from strength to
strength over the years. Currently, it has an
average of 5,000 readers every other week for the
hard-copy edition and 4-5,000 readers a day on
its Facebook site.

• David DeMulle' started The Foothills Paper with
  the mission to keep the residents of North East
  Valley up-to-date with the local affairs. He
  takes great pride in being able to provide
  unbiased information to the readers for the past
  so many years and aims to continue serving them
  with the same honesty for many more years. He
  also invites his readers' comments on how he and
  his team can help make the neighborhood a better
  place to live.

Recently, he received a Certificate of
Congratulations from the City of Los Angeles and
the Seventh Council District on his newspaper's
10th anniversary. This Certificate that was
presented to him by Councilman Felipe Fuentes,
who is a respected member of the Los Angeles City
Council from the 7th district.

Apart from ten years of editorial experience,
David DeMulle' has vast experience in many other
fields. In the year 1985, he set up the the first
toner cartridge refilling company in the United
States as a work project for the Highland House
shelter system.

After a year of creating this company, he
established another company Organization for
Strategic Studies in order to create jobs
training for service disabled veterans. His
professional experience also includes working as
a Department of Toxic Substances e-Waste Handler,
Military Affiliate Radio Station operator, and
Subject Specialist for the local OSHA office with
the field of Siderosilicosis.
