    the exercise of the mind to ensure that the mind
    is less stressed and when it is overtly stressed
    the mind can be made to relax and remain calm by
    the technique known as mindfulness exercises.
    Basically, it is a form of exercises in which the
    mind is focused so as to make it calm and
    peaceful, thereby making it healthier

  • One of the basic features about the exercises is
    that it increases the tolerance level of the mind
    so that the mind does not get perturbed unduly.
    Anxiety is eliminated from the mind and the state
    of pain does not arise as the mind is able to
    think practically and with much matured calmness
    s that does not allow the mind to get hassled.
    The exercises are so patterned that the mind gets
    all the necessary strength to enhance the
    tolerance level and remains rejuvenated after the
