Scott Alexander Yandell says that nobody takes
the time out of their day anymore to appreciate
engineering and design the way that they used to
anymore. He says that this is probably caused by
the impulsive, instant gratification world of
today. He says that he loves his work, but
that unfortunately today he sees a devaluation of
engineering in all forms in the world today. He
says that sometimes the world needs to slow down
a bit to appreciate things, recognizing how much
care and effort went into their design.

Scott Alexander Yandell says that while a normal
engineer is free to create works only when they
are inspired, he must keep moving forward all of
the time, completing the next scene regardless of
whether he felt inspired or not. This is the
business aspect of his field that isn't as
pretty, but is more productive. He says that one
of the most difficult things about being an
engineer is finding inspiration when you do
something on a regular basis. Scott is a
professional telecom engineer that has been
working in the field for many years now.

you are given a leadership position you have to
take into consideration that when you critique
work, the engineer has put their heart and soul
in that project. Scott has been working as a
telecom engineer for many years now, becoming a
true professional in the process. He says that
you should always make a conscious effort to be
considerate to others.
