Welcome to the ABL!
Based in New Jersey, The ABL (American
Ballplayers League) is a fast-growing
recreational sports league for adults and young
professionals in Bergen, Essex, Hudson Passaic
counties. With over 100,000 participants since
2003, ABL Sports offers the most popular team
sports for adults 18 over with a focus on fun,
safety and good sportsmanship. Formerly known as
'i9 Sports,' the ABL is more focused on adult
players, and our new website reflects our goal of
providing the most exciting Softball, Basketball,
Flag Football and Soccer leagues throughout the
region.

Adult Sports League
Are you looking to play in a fun, exciting
recreational or competitive league this summer or
fall? We offer 4 different sports - Slow-Pitch
Softball, Basketball, Flag Football and Bar
Shuffleboard for adults 18 over.

Men's Coed Softball
We have a Men's and Coed league that plays
throughout Northern NJ. To sign up a team, you'll
need at least 12 players on your Roster.

Men's Flag Football
5-on-5, Run 'n Gun action. You'll need at least 8
players on the Roster, and games are played each
Sunday afternoon in Hoboken. Team fee is just 695
