International student exempted from language test

• 1. You are from state where the language is
  official.
• 2. you have done your previous studies in the
  same language with the language of instruction .
• 3. You have a certificate of language
  proficiency.
• The test centre and the period for taking the
  language exam will be establish subsequently. If
  you dont known the languages of study, you must
  attend the course of the preparatory year in
  order to learn Ukraine.
