Mahtani Group of Companies claim another win over
conspirators

• Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Chairman of Mahtani Group of
  Companies has made another achievement in Malawi
  by winning a case in the Malawi High Court
  against Nyasa Times.

• On July 28 2015, the High Court of Malawi passed
  a judgement in favour of Dr. Mahtani because
  Nyasa Times had intentionally published
  defamatory content to injure the reputation of
  Dr. Mahtani.

• The result is that now Nyasa Times needs to pay
  Dr. Mahtani a huge sum as compensation charges.

• The Case is open for verification under Civil
  cause No. 570 of 2015

• It is believed that Zambia Reports involvement
  was there in this case as the articles looked
  similar to that of Zambia Reports.

• Clare Locke LLP has written to GoDaddy in respect
  of the law violations which Zambia Reports is
  doing at the moment.

• If found fit, Zambia Reports will soon be shut
  down.
