Introduction

• Daniel Chammas is a lawyer who specializes in
  high stakes litigation in addition to advising
  clients on the creation of employee handbooks and
  how to handle employee termination procedures
  correctly. He graduated from Stanford Law School
  in 1999 and went on to work for McDermott, Will
  and Emery before moving on to Venable LLP. He has

  occasions, so it is safe to say that he fully

  perseverance. You are going to be required to
  work hard and research diligently in order to
  create a case that serves the clients best
  interests. Failure to do so may mean you miss
  something important, which could damage the case.
  It may even leave you open to a malpractice suit
  in the worst case scenario. You must persevere
  and during the tedious hours of research and
  writing that cases often require, never losing
  your focus in the process.
