Bright Kids History
Bright Kids was founded in 2009 by a mom who
simply wanted a better option for her children.
She wanted a high quality institution to cater to
young children who need admissions-based test
preparation. Founder, Bige Doruk, has always
wanted to create change and there is no better
way to create change than beginning with our
children.

Ms. Bige Doruk received her M.S. in Mechanical
Engineering from Texas AM, and her M.B.A. from
Harvard Business School. She is is a mother of
three young children and a highly experienced
professional with core competencies that span
strategic business development, management
consulting, product development, and engineering.
As a senior manager at McKinsey Company and
associate partner at Helios Consulting, she
focused on developing new business strategies for
Fortune 500 companies. She was formerly the CEO
of Gaia Power Technologies, which was sold in
2008, and prior to that, ran her own consulting
business. Biges passion for education comes from
her parents, who have dedicated their lives to
educating young children. Bige founded Bright
Kids NYC to create a professional tutoring
service for children that creates results by
combining the right materials, processes, and
teacher training.

Results
Bright Kids provides many educational services
for both families and schools across the country
including 11 individualized tutoring, small
group classes, school services, extracurricular,
and enrichment classes. Whether you live near one
of our many tutoring centers or not, we believe
in providing access to high quality education to
all.  We provide educational programs for
students of all ages and levels, including
Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School, and High
School. Our teachers and staff come with years of
experience in teaching and detailed knowledge of
local city schools and their testing

Bright Kids Tutoring Starts With An Evaluation
The key to a successful tutoring program is early
identification of a childs strengths and areas
that need development. At Bright Kids, all of our
students begin their partnership with us by
completing an initial assessment or diagnostic
exam conducted by one of our assessment
specialists. These assessments are created to
align your child with the type of material he or
she may see on the day of the exam(s). Parents
will receive a write-up of their childs scores
and parents can call in for personalized
recommendations for test preparation.

Test Prep Tutoring
For many years, we've been the driving force
behind students high test scores and educational
success with our Bright Kids Approach to
learning. Our Account Managers guide parents from
course registration to working with parents to
ensure sudent receive customized and quality
teaching with our tutors.     We offer tutoring
for a multitude of standardized exams. Please
