a financial adviser, I often guide my clients
about their investments. Recently, I decided to
follow some of that advice myself. While hunting
for a property, I came across the TGS website and
here chanced on TGS Gauri in Electronic City. The
company is offering a land plot measuring 1200
sqft for a price of Rs.12 lakhs. Further
enquiries have revealed that the property will
also have additional access to a Club House. I am
excited about this find because I feel and, I
hope I am right that with time the value of this
area will escalate manifold.

am a self-employed professional looking for a
plot of land for some time. On coming to know
about this, a friend of mine asked me to check
out the site TGS Lakshmi. He told me that 1200 to
1500sqft land plots here, were selling for a
song! When he stated that the starting price was
approximately Rs. 8 lakhs, I almost fell off my
chair! I am thinking of investing in the
property. So far, my enquiries into the TGS
Lakshmi have drawn positive results. The location
and price are great and the customer
representative from TGS seemed assuring as
well.

buying a home in Switzerland and guess what in
spite of this, Ill be able to visit you every
other day! My brother shocked me with these
words. Are you out of your mind? Do you know the
distance between Switzerland and India? And, when
did you get so rich? I asked these questions all
in one breath. Oh, I meant TGS Switzerland in
Indira Nagar! Thats where I am investing! He
told me laughing. The company building these
flats is TGS Construction and I believe, a two
BHK in TGS Switzerland is selling at a price
between Rs. 36,80,000/- to Rs.43,40,000/-. Quite
unbelievable if you ask me, considering that
getting an area between 1100 to 1300sqft at these
prices and at a location like Indira Nagar is
just being lucky. But then, thats what my
brother has always beenvery lucky!....

say, opportunity knocks just once! Whenever, I
hear the story of how my aunt bought a property
at a small price in 2007 and in a matter of just
eight years, it escalated over 8 times, I marvel
at her ability to spot opportunities. Recently,
she called me up to point out an advertisement in
the newspaper. The ad was for TGS Durban on
Bannerghatta Road. When I saw the ad, I was
surprised to find that a 2 BHK with an area of
950 sqft, here, was costing only Rs. 16,75,000. I
visited the site and the sales person,  Avinash,
an enthusiastic chap patiently answered all my
queries regarding loan assistance, approvals and
amenities. I was satisfied by what I saw and have
already approached my bank for a home loan.

problem with house hunting in Bangalore is that
its difficult to find a property that not just
meets your expectations but your budget as well.
However, this changed for me on the day that I
accompanied my friend on a site visit to TGS
Wellington. The under construction apartment
complex is located on Hennur Road. During the
site visit, the sales representative informed us
that a 2BHK with an area of 950 sqft would cost
us around Rs.22,80,000/-. The flats with more
area were priced higher. Considering that the
location of the property is near the
international airport, the prices seemed
competitively low. For both my friend and me,
this was the real deal clincher. I liked what I
saw and as far as I could find out from my
sources, things seem to be in good order where
quality of construction and design goes.
