Anthony Santa Maria is a graduate in Computer
Science from Cornell University. He completed his
graduation with first class honours and was
awarded with a scholarship for post-graduation.
After finishing his graduation, he went to the
University of Chicago to pursue Masters Program
in Computer Science (MPCS). At present, he is
working as a Software Professional in one of the
multi-national companies. He possesses over 15
years of experience in his field.

He is highly concerned about his health and goes
for a daily workout to maintain his physical
fitness. To stay active, he has joined a fitness
club and performs different exercises. The
regular exercise helps him in strengthening
bones, reducing stress, enhancing concentration
level, sharpening memory and maintaining good
health and spirit. He daily goes to the gym, to
burn the calories and maintain the body in shape.
In addition to this, he has also joined a soccer
club and plays twice a week with his team.

Besides doing proper exercises Anthony Santa
Maria takes a healthy diet for staying fit,
healthy and active. He follows a rich diet plan
that includes high proteins, carbohydrates and
less fats. He understands the importance of the
diet and follows the diet chart prescribed to him
by his gym instructor. His diet contains a
limited amount of food that is essential to keep
the body healthy and active. In addition to a
balanced diet, he gives complete rest to his body
and sleeps for 7-8 hours.

All the exercises and the proper diet plan helps
him in living a healthy life. The regular
exercise lowers the blood pressure and
cholesterol level which reduces the risk of heart
diseases and other diseases like diabetes,
depression, stroke, certain types of cancer and
metabolic syndrome. It also helps him in
controlling weight and gives him a young and
refreshing look.
