I must say, yes!

Comfortable Foot rest

• This is the only bike with a footrest patent on
  it. The footrest helps your kid to have a
  natural, relaxed feel when they put the feet on
  it. Since it is well placed at the centre,
  putting the feet on it increases the balance of
  the bike.
• The kid can use the KaZAM Classic Balance Bike as
  a scooter down a slope they dont have to keep
  running around with it all the time.
• The best of all is that the footrest comes
  attached to the frame all catered for in the bike
  price, you need not buy it separately.

• It offers its customers a choice of either having

• I love this bike. One of my favorite aspects is
  how the cross bar dips down for my son to rest
  his feet. He's only 2 1/2 and is still learning
  to balance, but b/c the cross bar dips down I
  don't have to worry about his legs getting caught
  up in the cross bar when he falls.
