What is Type I Diabetes 
Type 1 diabetes is also known as juvenile
diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes. Type 1
diabetes is diagnosed when pancreas inability to
produce insulin and it is recognized mostly in
children. Insulin is a hormone produced by the
pancreas that turns glucose into the energy that
our body requires.

Common Juvenile Diabetes Symptoms
  • Frequent thirst for sweet drinks due to frequent
    urination.
  • Unusual urinating caused by a high level of
    glucose in their blood, once the level of sugar
    is too high the kidneys are trying to get rid of
    it.

    running, swimming, hiking and brisk walking can
    make you disease free. Drinking water before and
    after the workout is extremely necessary to keep
    your body hydrated. At least, 10-12 glasses of
    water should be taken every day.

    blood sugar levels without medicines. Diet of a
    diabetic should include healthy high fiber
    cereal, soups, vegetables like bitter gourd,

    straining, buttermilk added with a pinch of salt,
    tea without sugar may be taken by the diabetic
    patient. Citrus fruits, apples, pears should be
    taken in large quantities, for they reduce the
    bodys insulin requirements. Junk foods like soft
    drinks should be avoided completely, excess fat
    intake should be reduce. Consuming red meat can
    be extremely dangerous for your body. Avoidance
    of fats and sugar in your diet is the key to
    control diabetes naturally.

  • Remain Emotionally And Psychologically Strong 
  • For many diabetics, dealing with a chronic
    illness can really do some damage to overall
    emotional and mental health. It can be a very
    stressful and traumatic occurrence and it never
    goes away! Take time for yourself to relax and
    de-stress. Find a local diabetic support group
    and join it to meet others who are facing similar
    challenges and learn how they are dealing with
    it. Keep your doctor informed about your
    emotional condition.

  • Diabetics are at risk of all kinds of health
    complications. Smoking increases a diabetics
    risk for every one of these diseases. Quitting
    smoking will help control diabetes. Get support
    from friends and family. Visit your doctor for
    help and advice and possibly a nicotine
    replacement patch.

  • In order to control diabetes, you must check
    your glucose level each day. It is best to check
    at the same time each day. Blood sugar should be
    monitored by diabetics at least twice a day. Your
