Barcode Ribbon
Economy wax ribbons are the most common type of
thermal transfer ribbon which is less expensive.
Economy wax ribbons are good for shipping labels,
shelf and bin labels, retail labels, and
warehouse labels. Economy wax ribbons are
typically recommended for use on uncoated paper
stock. These ribbons are designed for produces
crisp, rotated bar codes and dark, durable
images. Wax Ribbons are great for printing on
regular paper/ label surfaces that are not kept
in extreme conditions.

Zebra Ribbon
Resin barcode ribbon provides the most durable,
chemical resistant, clear image possible when
used on the proper labels. This resin ribbon
provides the best performance for printing high
density barcodes, high resolution graphics and
crisp text when used with a wide range of
materials from matte to gloss synthetics. Be sure
to turn the print head temperature up. It takes
more heat to transfer the resin than it does for
wax. Perfect for harsh environments this ribbon
provides unparalleled resistance and dense black
images.
