Pam Hatfield Associates provides legally
qualified family mediators with accreditation
from the Law Society. We also provide workplace
and commercial mediators. Our mediation

Mediation is a flexible process conducted
confidentially in which an impartial mediator
actively assists parties in working towards a
negotiated agreement and resolve their dispute or
difference, with the parties in ultimate control
of the decision to settle and the terms of
resolution.

The object of mediation is to assist the parties
to arrive at a satisfactory solution to their
conflict. Of course some parties may have chosen
to instruct a solicitor before the mediation,
others may even be approaching a court hearing,

Our mediators are charged out at an hourly rate,
that will vary depending upon experience,
seniority in the market and circumstances of the
case. The hourly rate is agreed with the parties
prior to the mediation and before any fees are
due.
