Randy Alan Weiss is a practicing attorney in
Washington DC with more than thirty years of
experience in real estate, estate planning, asset
preservation, complex titles and estate planning.
He is licensed in the District of Columbia,
Maryland, Virginia and Florida. Since May 2006,
he is the founding partner of Weiss LLP, which is
a well recognized law firm in Washington, DC. It
was established in 1981 with the aim to assist
local businesses in resolving complex legal
issues. At present, the firm is conducting
seminars free of charge in order to provide
clients with sound strategies to safeguard their
assets.

Randy Weiss regularly counsels clients with
issues related to development, financing, leases,
construction, sales, land acquisition, zoning,
and refinances. His client base includes property
managers, developers, managers, investors, and
landlords.

Randy Weiss is a law graduate of Georgetown
University (MLT, 1985) with an emphasis in
closely-held business transaction and exempt
organizations St. Louis University School of
Law (JD, 1981). In the year 1978, he completed
his Bachelors of Arts degree from American
University. Randy has worked in the United States
House of Representative as a legislative staff
assistant for four years. In addition to this,
he worked with different member of Congress with
service on a legislative committee and two years
in the office of General Counsel of a major
defense contractor.

member of three different country clubs in
Montgomery County, Maryland and a former member
of the Board of Directors and Loan Committee for
a community bank.
