    excess fluid drainage to reduce swelling.For
    massage, you can rub some mustard oil or olive
    oil on the swollen part, gently massage the area
    for 3-5 minutes in an upward direction and do it
    gently, do not apply too much pressure. Yu can
    repeat the same several times a day for good
    results. As mentioned before, if the swelling is
    due to pregnancy then you must visit a therapist
    who specialises in prenatal massage.
