    universal language that everyone understands.
    Music is a piece of art that goes straight away
    to the heart and touches the soul. Almost
    everyone has a habit of plugging their headphones
    and listen to the music while driving, jogging,
    walking, running etc.

  • Does music really help to elevate the
    psychological and physical health? Yes, the
    following are the reasons that will prove that
    the listening to the melody would be beneficial

    It has a positive effect on pain management and
    also helps to alleviate both chronic pain and
    post-operative pain. However, according to the
    U.K based Journal of Advanced Nursing, people who
