  • Living Longer Living Stronger is a progressive
    strength (or resistance) training program for
    older people, designed to increase strength,
    balance, flexibility and coordination, so helping
    to improve your confidence and reduce the risk of
    falls.

Living Longer Living Stronger Sessions
  • Living Longer Living Stronger Sessions are held
    at AquaPulse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
    from 1000am - 1200pm and at Eagle Stadium on
    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1000am - 1200pm.
