Outlook 2013 users can follow these steps to
automatically synchronize his/her mail account.
In case, any user needs help then make a call on
Outlook support number 1800-921-785.

  • Directions to follow
  • If you are already logged in to your mailbox, now
    you have to click Send/Receive tab and after
    that, you have to click Send/Receive Groups.
  • After that, you have to press on Define
    Send/Receive Groups, please note that itll be
    the second from the bottom.
  • Next, you have to press on New and you have to
    name whatever you wish like ABC and then click
    OK.

  • After that, you have to choose IMAP account from
    the left of your screen and there you have to
    check mark Include the selected account in this
    group box.
  • Now you have to make sure that Send Mail items,
    Get folder unread count for subscribed folders,
    and Receive mail items are checked and you have
    selected the Download complete items including
    attachments for subscribed folders.

  • You can repeat 4 and 5 step for every IMAP
    account in case, you have more than one and next
    you have to press OK.
  • Now you have to choose a new group name and make
    sure include this group in send/receive (F9).
    After that, you have to schedule an
    automatic/send receive every 30 minutes. You can
    select the time you wish for this group but the
    default time is 30, but you can set it as per
    your requirement or you can active the same for
    all accounts group. Under When Outlook is
    offline Include this group in send/receive (F9)
    are all check marked.

  • Next, you have to select All accounts and click
    Edit and you have to choose every IMAP account
    from the left and you then uncheck Include the
    selected account in this group box and finally
    click OK.
  • Once you are done with these steps, then click
    Close and you should find that your IMAP
    accounts are automatically sending and receiving
    again.
