  • Heath and Fitness
  • Cycling is a type of aerobic exercise, it
    increases your heart rate.
  • Cycling improves your cardiovascular health.
  • Cycling is not a weight-bearing exercise, so it
    is easy to do cycling every day than running.
  • Cycling helps in burning good amount of calories
    when you cycle.

  • You can experience back pain, ankel pain, neck
    pain etc. because of poor posture, improper bike
    setting or using the wrong gear.
  • You can experience ankel pain because of bad
    pedaling technique, called ankling.
  • Ankel pain occures when you point your toe upward
    while pedaling and downwards when pedaling down.

Disadvantages
  • Back pain occures because of poor posture.
  • If seat is not in proper height then it can
    result in knee injuries.
  • If your helmet is too low you have to raise your
    neck too much this cause neck pain.
  • If your bicycle seat is too wide then you can
    experience thigh pain.
