• Home Tariff Plans are on Pre-Paid basis . To
  avail Special offers on long duation
  subscription charges ,please contact our Customer
  care number.
• Price mentioned in Plans exclude 18 of Goods and
  Service Tax.
• Home Plans are not valid for commercial or
  enterprise plans.
• Speed and Data usage limit subject to Aero Cast
  Fair Usage Policy.
• Mbps means Megabits per second GB means
  Gigabytes.
• Data Usage includes Download and Upload.
• Installation/ Activation Charges are dependable
  on Network area/ Plan and Scheme.
• Charges for Router Customer Premise Equipment
  provided against a one time charge of INR. 1200.
• Plans are subject to guidelines issued by TRAI
  and or / Dot.
• Aero Cast broadband Price plans can be modified
  or withdrawn anytime without prior notice.
• The actual speed will depend on the network
  feasibility in your area. Speed indicated are
  speeds up to our (ISP) node. speed s depend upon
  the network congestion, technical reasons or any
  other unavoidable circumstances.
• Refund Policy There is no refund policy as our
  services and Plans are prepaid. However in case
  of proactive cancellation full amount will be
  refunded.
• Refer to Terms and Conditions mentioned in the
  Customer Agreement form (CAF)It is Mandatory to
  provide a Valid Document for availing Broadband
  Services.
