Nursery Teacher Training (N.T.T.) is an
undergraduate Educational course.  This Diploma
course deals with a good preschool curriculum and
has the ability to significantly contribute to a
child's proper growth. It plays the significant
role of laying a foundation for further learning
through a series of supervised experiences. It
becomes very crucial that not only the preschool

The role of a primary teacher is to lay the
foundation for the maximum development of
children and provide them with a secure and
positive learning environment. A Primary Teacher
makes a lot of difference in the lives of the
young learners because a childs preschool
experience is his or her experience into the
world of education. Primary teachers training
programs focus on lesson planning and timetabling
skills, preparing delightful materials for the
children who could be engaged in playful
activities like Art craft and drawing. Therefore,
it is essential that the teachers get properly
trained before they start working as a primary
teacher and provide sufficient learning

Teacher Salary Teachers pay varies according to
the course they have done and the school they are
working in. In government sector, they can aspect
an average pay of Rs. 20,000 to start with where
as in Private school they can get a starting pay
of Rs. 15,000. But with experience and expertise
they can have good increments in no time which is
not the case in government sector.
