  floor regularly with a neutral cleaning solution
  and a mop. Concrete can be as shiny as you want
  it to be by applying certain coatings and
  sealants.

Vinyl is a great choice for very high traffic
areas because its so easy to clean. You can
spend more time on dingier areas using a lot of
water without worrying about the water soaking in
because vinyl isnt porous. Cleaning should be a

sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping with a neutral
based cleaner. Natural scuffs, scratches, and
discoloration will occur with vinyl flooring.
This can be fixed by buffing and waxing.
