• Go to accept App and web option.

Enter credentials
An RR email setup page will now appear on the
screen. Enter username or email address of your
Roadrunner email. The settings will now appear on
the screen. If you want to change any settings,
then change them otherwise, continue to next step.

Additional settings For additional settings, go
to Preferences from mail menu. Account
details Select RCN from the list of email
services. You need to check the email address
from the left side of the screen.

Follow these steps

• Click on the box to disable Automatically manage
  connection menu. You must disable this option
  for incoming and outgoing servers.
• Go to Advanced settings from the Settings
  menu.
• If you find an option with the name Allow
  insecure authentication then click to enable it.
• Dont enable SSL and TLS security type for your
  account. The respective boxes must be disabled.
• Now, open the Drop-down menu from Outgoing mail
  option.
• Edit SMTP servers if required from the Edit
  list.
• Click to save changes made in outgoing mail
  servers.
