    out of their comfortable zone. Pre-menstrual
    syndrome leads to some of the issues which
    include fatigue and slight cramp during the
    periods.

  • There are serious menstrual problem which
    includes unbalanced menstrual cycle which may be
    too light or too heavy or even absence of
    menstrual will also be applicable this leads to
    abnormal menstrual cycle. It is noted that these
    menstrual cycle vary from individual to
    individual it may be regular for some while
    irregular to someone else thus it needs to be
