• Right next to ByWard Market is Rideau Canal, a
  UNESCO World Heritage site the only one in
  Ontario. If you are lucky enough to be visiting
  during the winter when the water is frozen,
  youll be able to skate down the canal. In the
  summer, you can rent a kayak, canoe, boat, or
  paddle board. During the rest of the year,
  visitors can enjoy a picturesque walk or ride a
  bike along the banks.
