The beginning

• The year was 1980. Fresh out of the swinging 70s,
  the flower-power generation of India was striving

  jeans.

  from Miami, the only option you had was to pick
  the smuggled piece from dingy basement shops in

• Soon Flying Machine was glamming-up the denim
  wear market in the country. They started
  designing funkier jeans along with the classic,
  simple options. Umpteen styles of T-shirts,
  shirts and accessories were being launched, one
  after the other.
• The sales started soaring. New stores started
  opening. From being available only in metros, the
  brand started invading smaller towns and soon had
