Seychelles are not really known for nightlife so
night birds will have to settle for relatively
calm evenings. However, there are still some
places for those who prefer to stay awake at
night. Well tell you about it!

If you are looking for an exciting nightlife in
Seychelles - Mahé Island is the best place to be.
And although there are also nightclubs, discos
and casinos on Praslin Island and Bo Vallon Bay,
they are not as popular as those in Mahe.

Nightclubs Two of the hottest nightclubs in the
Seychelles, La Faya Bar and the Tequila Boom
disco are located in the Bel Ombre area in Beau
Vallon Beach on the island of Mahe. They are
open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from
2200 - 0500. Both clubs invite famous local DJs
who play a mix of the most popular music tracks
from different countries around the world.
Tequila Boom spends themed nights and every
nightclub visitor has a great time here.

Katiolo Katiolo Night Club is the only disco in
Seychelles located on the beach. This trendy
nightclub in Anse Faure is located between the
International Airport and Anse Royale. Dance
floors and cool music are available on
Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and Katiolo
has an outdoor area designed in a tropical style.
A small place with good music, including major
international hits, reggae music, rock and old
pop music, as well as local music. Katiolo
Disco is popular with locals and tourists, and is
quite crowded on Wednesdays when girls are
admitted for free. The dress code is strict -
customers are not allowed to come in shorts or
flip-flops. Also, entry is prohibited for
visitors under the age of 18 years.

Lovenut The Lovenut Club and Cafe is located in
the center of Victoria, near the taxi station.
The night institution is fully air conditioned
and has a VIP area. The dance club is
considered the coolest night spot on the
Seychelles youth map and has popular DJs who play
the latest local and international music hits.
Lovenut is a really hot place for nightlife in
Mahe if you are in the mood for some fun at a
cool night party.

Oxygen On the island of Praslin, this nightclub
is considered the main rival of The Jungle. If
you are looking for a cool party in the
Seychelles, this is a super hot place to go.
Ozon On the island of Mahe (Mahé) there is a
popular nightclub, which is in tough competition
with Katiolo. This place is called Ozone. In
addition to good music and cocktails, the
nightclub entertains its customers with
sweepstakes, lotteries and quizzes with cool
prizes.

Night Club Tequila Boom Located near Victoria
in Beau Vallon Beach, this stunning nightclub
plays the latest club music, offers happy hours
on Sundays and opens the dance floor on
Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Although
drinks here may be a bit expensive, the club
atmosphere is worth it.

Casino Casino may provide the most expensive
form of nightlife in the Seychelles. The
Berjaya International Casino in Mahe (Mahe)
deserves special mention in this context. It
accepts all major forms of international
currency, and the fee to the winners is paid in
US dollars.

Plantation Club Resort Casino Hotel
Plantation Club Resort and Casino was honored to
be the winner of the World Travel Award as the
leading hotel in the Seychelles in 2006, and the
best casino in the Indian Ocean in 2005. And Bar
offer a great gambling night in an informal
setting. The hotel is spread over 180 acres of
land in the picturesque Lazar Bay, named after
the famous traveler Lazar Picot. Yavava
Entertainment Center - Amusement Center There
are more than 200 slot machines, and of course
the casino, which is open from 1000 - 0200.
Inside the casino customers are required to have
a formal dress code after 1800.

Some of the hotels in Seychelles offer
entertainment and evening barbecues. Late evening
theaters are also common, in French, English and
Creole. The cinema hall located in Victoria is
famous for watching the latest international film
news. Hotels also organize live shows, but
compared to international standards, most hotel
bars close early.
