About Jose Pineiro Ares

• Born on 7th November 1927 in Pontecesures
  (Pontevedra), Jose Pineiro Ares was a famous
  politician and writer in Spain.
• He was a member of the Spanish Association of
  Official Chronicles and also the Former Councilor
  of the Provincial Savings Bank of Pontevedra.
• He was known for his dedication, honesty, and
  integrity both as a politician and writer.
• He breathed his last on December 10, 2001 leaving
  an unforgettable mark not only in the history of
  Spain.
