  • You can get or claim your CIS refund deductions
    if you are a limited company, and you have paid
    too much tax or national insurance. In the Uk,
    you have two ways to claim your CIS deductions,
    and also you can change your claim.

  • By using form you can claim your repayment
    online, for this you have to create Government
    Gateway user id as youll need this user id and
    password.

  • Another way is to claim by post to HMRC, you must
    include your limited companys name, PAYE
    reference number, reasons for the overpayment and
    complete R38 form Incase, you want refund to be
    paid to any agent.

    holder name and sort code. All this information
    is required if you want HMRC to pay the refund
    into bank account.

    liabilities you want HMRC to deduct your
    repayment from these amounts, and to provide
    relevant information to HMRC. You must include
    your Corporation Tax unique tax reference, VAT
    registration number, and the VAT Return period.
